Our single person Business Flatlets are ideal for people working in and around Portsmouth, Havant and Hayling Island, looking for short-medium term lets. Our Business Flatlets provide, good-quality, serviced accommodation from as little as £19 per night.

Lettings
Our minimum let is normally one month, but shorter term contracts are also possible, subject to availability.

Inclusive Prices
The weekly rate of £135 includes:
* Weekly cleaning and linen change
* All gas / electricity / water charges
* Council Tax
There is nothing else to pay and no deposit required.

Each flatlet includes:

Self Catering Rooms
We also offer, en-suite, rooms in the Guest House on a self catering basis. Facilities include: microwave, fridge, and tea & coffee making facilities.
